We met Mark in 1993 when he and his partner built our house. He has continued to work for us and other members of my family since then. In 2003, he built our laundry room on, and in 2005-2006, he did a major interior renovation before we retired. In 2008, he built a bathroom downstairs. We have always been more than satisfied with the quality of his work.
For me, one of the things that I appreciate most is how easy it is to talk with Mark. He is very polite and doesn't push you into something you don't want. He takes time to find out what you really want, and then he tells you what is possible. He gives you options and often suggests things that you haven't thought of. He provides a written estimate and sticks to it. If the cost is going to change, he discusses it with you in advance.
